P5 Slip rating, 2cm Porcelain tiles can be installed over many different surfaces using traditional installation techniques but due to the extremely high point of load capacity guaranteeing an excellent load-bearing capacity and resistance to breakage, the 2cm porcelain can also be installed using the latest pedestal technology. The pedestal system enables the installer to hide water, gas or electrical services without permanent installation of the tiles. This offers the ability to access the services, provide for excellent drainage and also offer the ability to easily replace the tiles in the event of a refurbishment.

*Drop edge coping pieces need to be installed as per our specifications and installation procedures to ensure the Australian Standards are met and the product is warranted by Europe Imports.
RETURNS AND REFUND - CHANGE OF MIND

1. DMP accepts returns due to change of mind within 7 days of delivery or pick-up, on the condition that such goods have not been used and are still in the original packaging conditions.

2. No returns will be accepted, whether partially or in full, for products which have been ordered on an indent basis or specially made/cut to the Purchaser requirements or sold under special conditions such as being ‘on sale” or ‘discontinued’.

3. Porcelain and Ceramic tiles will only be accepted in full box quantities.

4. All returns are subject to 20% handling charge.

5. Transport back to the Company’s original warehouse from which it was dispatched is the responsibility of the Purchaser.

6. Goods are to be returned in good visible order with appropriate protective packaging, no damaged or used product will be accepted.

7. Any cancellation of confirmed orders will be subject to 10% cancellation charge.

8. The Purchaser must obtain written approval of return from the Company, then a Goods Return Slip will be issued and it must be attached to the goods when returning.
